Residential Structural Inspections

We provide residential structural inspections for current homeowners and for buyers and sellers. Inspection prices and schedules are by proposal only and are based on travel time, current workload, and the requested scope of work of the inspection. Residential structural inspections are typically available within 5 business days with reports submitted 5 business days later. For tight deadlines; rush order inspections are available with applicable fees.

Residential structural inspections are usually limited to visual and thermal camera inspections, though more detail inspection methods are available, if required. Foundation structural inspections are a common request and are a provided service. Foundation inspections are limited to visible, above-grade elements unless special arrangements are made for sub-surface exploration, geotechnical engineering, or other more detailed inspection services.

Note that we do not perform residential construction and only offer inspection services.
